Tecnolokid is a startup that develops and provides educational solutions focused on teaching digital and technological skills to K-12 children and adolescents in a multimodal way, through cultural workshops, textbooks, literary books, and through a digital online environment, the OLO Platform, with an exclusive methodology and an innovative pedagogical approach, aligned with the BNCC and guided by international curricula.
“Tecnolokid” is the company that develops and operates the OLO Platform.
“OLO Platform” is Tecnolokid's online digital learning environment.
“Contracting Party” is the partner company or school that has entered into a contract with Tecnolokid. It provides the data required to register Users.
“User” is the student, teacher, manager, coordinator and/or principal who will have their own login to access the OLO Platform.
“Legal Guardian” means the parents or guardians of the registered User, when the User is a minor.
By accessing and using the OLO Platform, the User (or their Legal Guardian) declares that they have read, understood and fully accepted the conditions set forth herein.
The OLO Platform is an online educational platform that provides access to pedagogical content and activities, with no direct commercial purpose toward Users.
The platform is intended for children, adolescents and adults, and is suitable for all audiences.
Registration is carried out exclusively by the Contracting Party, which provides the necessary data to Tecnolokid's technical team. The Contracting Party is responsible for ensuring that it has authorization from parents or guardians to provide the data of minors.
Use of the platform must comply with the legislation in force, including, but not limited to, the ECA (Brazilian Statute of Children and Adolescents), the LGPD (Brazilian General Personal Data Protection Law) and copyright laws. Any attempt at misuse, intrusion or unauthorized modification of the content is prohibited.
All content made available on the OLO Platform is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes or for any other purposes not provided for in the contract and/or without the developer's prior written authorization. This does not apply to third-party content that may be indicated in pedagogical practices. Such content is protected by its respective terms of use.
Tecnolokid makes every necessary effort to keep the OLO Platform available continuously and securely. However, the user acknowledges that the availability and operation of the platform may be subject to interruptions or failures arising from factors beyond Tecnolokid's control, including, but not limited to:
In such cases, Tecnolokid will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, loss of profits or loss of data resulting from the temporary unavailability of the platform.
Tecnolokid may update these Terms of Use at any time, notifying the Contracting Party(ies) of relevant changes.
